The class 103 will start with sake bomb. Kitaro owner and executive chef John Kitaro will introduce Japanese style cooking while the class practicing chopstick skills and tasting Eda Mame. Then the class will follow chef John’s direction, making Poke Bowl (fresh tuna, salmon, avocado, cucumber, spring mix, seaweed salad, corn, radish, white rice, with poke sauce) After which we'll enjoy the fruits of our labor. Once we've finished with our sublime poke bowl, we'll savor some sweets with Japanese mochi ice cream, while the chef conducts a casual Q&A to answer most of our fish and food related questions.
